Estimates begin the day your parcel leaves our Manila facility. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Philippine Standard Time on a business day are picked and packed the same day.

Returns & exchanges
Thirty days. First swap free.
Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Size or length exchanges are free on your first swap per order — because fit is the whole point.

Open your account, select the order and choose Return or Exchange. Approval is usually instant.

Pack
Return items unworn and unwashed with tags attached, in the original mailer where possible.

Send
We email a courier booking or drop-off code within one business day. First exchange ships free.

Resolve
Refunds land on the original payment method 5–7 business days after inspection; exchanges dispatch same week.
What we accept
- Unworn, unwashed pieces with original tags attached.
- Faulty or mis-shipped items — always replaced or refunded in full.
- Footwear returned in its original box with no outsole wear.
- Multiple items from one order returned in a single parcel.
What we can't accept
- Embroidered, monogrammed or otherwise personalised pieces.
- Gift cards and final-sale items, unless faulty.
- Laundered, altered or visibly worn garments.
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund timing
5–7 business days to the original payment method after inspection. GCash and Maya refunds usually clear within 48 hours.
Return shipping
Free on your first exchange per order and on all faulty items. Subsequent returns are charged a flat ₱180 / $9 label fee.
International returns
Use the prepaid label in your confirmation email. Duties paid at checkout are refunded with the item value.
